Rick was great from start to finish. There were some streaks and spots on the original wash of our home from weeps on our siding. I contacted Rick and he immediately recognized the problem and was knowledgeable about it. He had his crew come out and go over it a short time after and specified that someone would be out in the morning to make sure the streaks from the weeps on our siding were gone. Definitely recommend them. A+ customer service
